As you can imagine, in a large RSL club the split systems are running up to18 hours a day. This means staff, club members and guests are all breathing in this air. It was agreed to engage Klean Air Australia to perform the task of cleaning these units. I must admit I was sceptical when Trevor first came to clean them, but when I witnessed what was removed from them I was totally astounded.
My first reaction was to consider the health of the people within this environment who had been breathing in this air prior to the clean. The units are now running efficiently and cost effective, saving us money. My thanks go to Tony and Trevor, for the friendly and professional way the work was carried out. I would like to say a big thanks to the team at Kleanair, we had Trevor visit our flotilla headquarters & carried out a cleaning service of our split system, which is our only source of heating & cooling.  The unit has been in place for many years & I guess no-one really thinks too much about it as long as when the button is pressed it works.  I could not believe the dirt & filth visible inside it that had built in it up over the years when he opened the front.  During the cleaning process it was amazing to see all this grime vanish & the waste water absolutely black showing that this was well overdue. Trevor was professional & friendly the area was left  spotless & smelling wonderful, the unit is working so much better now. This service will now be an annual event to keep it in this condition.I will be recommending the team to my fellow commanders around the bays.  A job well done!

Although initially dubious, we contracted Klean Air Aus to clean the split-systems at our retirement village.  It was astonishing to witness the amount of filth that was removed from each system.  Not only did the homes smell beautiful following the clean, there were definite indications that the systems were operating more efficiently.

Both Tony & Trevor developed a great rapport with all the residents at the Village and made things real simple for me by managing all aspects of this considerable task.

Tony Barnes, from Klean Air Aus called into the club to offer his firm’s services to clean our split system air-conditioners. He visually inspected them and indicated that 4 of 5 had blocked internal filters and needed attention. I was surprised at this as we had had them all cleaned some 6 months ago. He assured me that was the case so I agreed to have the 4 he said required attention cleaned. I was staggered at the colour of the water that was produced. It was literally the colour of ink. Tony and his team were extremely professional with efficient cleaning apparatus and attention to detail. Given the nature of the work they left our rooms spotless. One thing I did notice was the areas these units heat reached temperature much more quickly following the clean, a point made by some members who were not aware the units had been serviced. I have no hesitation in recommending Klean Air to any club who wants a professional air-conditioning cleaning service and values the health of their members. Our experience is testament to this.

I thought it was appropriate that I contact you and confirm how pleased my staff and I were with the work your company recently completed at my factory in Braeside Melbourne and also at my private residence. I was very surprised with the amount of dirt that was extracted from the air conditioner’s as they are relatively new at the office and how effective your equipment was in cleaning the units.

The work your service technicians  did at both locations was very professional and we also appreciated the effort the technicians went to ensure they  did not disrupt my internal office staff. Your staff  cleaned up the area after completing their work, which again was appreciated and not often seen these days. I have already recommended your services to other friends and I would like you to return in 12 months and complete the work again, as it was relatively inexpensive and a good investment in my staff’s health.

Also thanks to your brochure in my mail box and seeing what Trevor got out of my split system I now know how important it is to have this function done regularly. I would like to confirm that Peter fixed the issue with the air conditioner this afternoon.

He arrived on time (even though I was a little late due to a delayed train from the city).  He has a friendly approach and explained what the issue was and how he was going to fix it.  Once the work was completed he confirmed what had been fixed. I would recommend using him again.

I am so happy with the service that Trevor gave my split system. It’s now running like a dream. I hadn’t realised how inefficient it had become, or how potentially dangerous to my health, being an asthmatic. He showed me what came out of the system after he had cleaned it and I was shocked. Hi Phil,

Thank you also for today’s attendance by Kevin and your team. It was a very enjoyable event with many residents providing positive comments.

In specific relation to the split system cleaning, I was not only impressed with the sanitation process and evidence of muck that was removed from the system but also equally impressed with the ability and willingness to go that extra mile in repairing the broken vent fins and replacing the faulty remote. This has now provided a clean and sanitized system but also a properly functioning one, which will provide a longer lifetime on the system and far better operations, all of which are on top of the health benefits.

We look forward to the rest of services being competed next week and am very confident we will all be far better off for it.
