OFFICE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

based in Bayswater, Victoria, this will be an Immediate Start for the Right Applicant

Klean Air Australia Group requires the services of a talented Office Administrative Assistant to join us in a part-time capacity.

The role involves approximately 12 to 15 hours per week performing various office administrative duties including:

  • data entry
  • invoicing
  • accounts receivable & payable

Some experience in related activities will be an advantage however not essential as training will be provided.

Keyboard skills are a pre-requisite along with knowlege of Microsoft Word while knowlege of Excel will be an advantage.

Starting Hourly Rate:
$30 per hour plus super

Hours are flexible within reason, to suit the successful applicant. For example, 3 days a week – 10am to 2:30pm will be considered, if that’s what suits the succesful applicant.
